TERMS OF USE OF VENOMBASE AND ITS PREMISES

AGREEMENT

To use Venombase, its services and it's premises you must be over the age of 18 years or have Parent or Guardian permission. Parents or Guardians must make staff aware if under 18's are present and must fill out a Contact Card upon arrival on their first visit. Any visitors present with yourself must sign in using our

Visitors Book. Visitors may not under any circumstances use equipment owned by Venombase without prior permission, should they do so without permission, then the person who made the booking(s) will be fully responsible for their actions. You must clear any equipment away 10 minutes prior to when a session is due to end and leave our rooms clean and tidy or further charges will apply. Equipment you require must be

pre-booked or it may not be made available on the date(s) of your booking(s). Any vehicles parked in the car park or any neighboring streets are left at your own risk and Venombase will not accept any responsibility for fire, theft or damage to such vehicles. 

PIA(Pay in Advance) BLOCK BOOKING

Payment for PIA must be made on the date and at the start of your first booking. You must sign a PIA Block Booking Form upon arrival at each booking. To continue with PIA, payment is then required at the beginning of your last booking to guarantee any further booked slots. Any FREE hours allocated to you will be reset to zero without exception should no further booking be made. Furthermore, any FREE hours allocated are non-transferable and are capped at a maximum threshold of 3 hours. Once the threshold of 3 FREE hours is reached, these will then automatically be used as a FREE 3 hour rehearsal on your next booking. You must use your PIA hours and FREE Hours within 6 months from the date of your last booking otherwise, this offer will expire without notice. Please see Refund Policy.

STEMS

The request of stems will incur a charge and will require at least 2 weeks notice in advance of such request. After receiving such request, an estimated time of around 2 weeks will be notified to you for us to action the transfer of stems but no longer than 30 days. Stems may only be requested by the bill payer of Recording services previously purchased at Venombase. We reserve the right to not action the transfer of stems without reasonable notice, if we suspect a non-bill payer is requesting them or, any other party requesting them who claims to be connected to the bill payer. We must receive a request in writing from the bill payer of Recording Services at Venombase to action the transfer of stems.

CANCELLATION

 

Rehearsals and Music Tuition

We require a 24 hours cancellation notice prior to any booking which has been confirmed by Venombase either by our website, over the phone, on social media platforms, text or e-mail or any other medium. Should less than 24 hours be given, then payment for that booking must be paid for in full by either Cash, Debit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer. 

A late payment Interest charge of £5 will be added each week from the date of a booking should full payment not be cleared on the date of a booking. If you have purchased our PIA(Pay In Advance) block booking offer then we shall deduct how ever many hours you have booked for that booking. This includes any FREE Hours allocated to a booking but not the amount of FREE hours previously saved on your PIA block booking form. 

Recording and Artist Development Services

We require a 7 day cancellation notice prior to any booking which has been confirmed by Venombase either by our website, over the phone, on social media platforms, text or e-mail or other medium. Should less than 7 days be given, then payment for that booking must be paid for in full by either Cash, Debit Card, Paypal or Bank Transfer. 

A late payment Interest charge of £10 will be added each week from the date of a booking should full payment not be cleared on the date of a booking. If multiple days are booked, then we shall deduct how ever many hours that were booked on one day. Please see Refund Policy.

Filming Service

LOYALTY CARD

The Loyalty Card is valid for 1 Individual, group or band. It can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or exchanged for any other item or service. Upon all entries being completed on the loyalty card, you will have the option of redeeming it as a discount towards our Rehearsal Room Hire service. Should your Loyalty Card be lost, damaged or stolen then, at our sole discretion, shall replace the loyalty card and edit any entries accordingly. All decisions made by us will be final and no further adjustments will be made. The loyalty card is valid for 1 month from the date of the first entry and upon completing all entries within a consecutive 4 week period, you will be entitled to access our discounted price for Rehearsal Room Hire for the following 4 consecutive weeks from the last entry on the Loyalty Card. You should request to get your loyalty card stamped once each visit. We reserve the right to not enter catch-up entries or future entries. This loyalty card may be used as a like for like discount on our Choice of Room service and upon completing all entries within a consecutive 4 week period, you will be entitled to access our discounted price for our Choice of Room service for the following 4 consecutive weeks from the last entry on the Loyalty Card. Entries on the loyalty card may only be entered by Venombase staff. Any unauthorised entries will invalidate the card and any entries will automatically expire without notice.  Look out on social media and in our studios for further added discounts and rewards on our services to the loyalty card and we reserve the right to announce further terms accordingly whether verbally, in person, via e-mail or announced through any other medium in existence now or in the future.  

DAMAGES

If on entering our premises you notice any damage to equipment, walls, floors, fixtures and fittings, you must report such damage immediately or you may be charged the full cost for such repair. Any damage caused by yourself inside our premises including walls, floors and any fixtures or fittings must be paid for in full

within 7 days from the date of the damage occurring. Spillages must be reported immediately or a £25 cleaning charge will apply. 

REFUND POLICY

Any payments made to Venombase are non-refundable unless unforeseen circumstances occur at Venombase. 

 

 

STORAGE 

 

FREE Storage is available however, Venombase shall not accept responsibility for any damage or theft of equipment that you store. Venombase therefore recommends that any equipment you store is fully insured by yourself for fire, theft and damage prior to storing. Venombase also recommends you label each piece of equipment with a Full Name, Artist/Band Name, and the person(s) who normally arranges bookings. If you cease to use Venombase then you must collect any equipment you have stored within 30 days from your last booking or charges will apply. 

INFORMATION

Your data is very important to us. Any details taken from you during a booking or through an enquiry will be used only for our records, to confirm your booking or respond to your enquiry. They will never be given or sold to third party companies.
